Very puzzling retail decision of the week: Question Air in Barnes has installed a buzzer at its front door. I’m not entirely sure when they did it, but I first noticed it on June 21st. I don’t know either whether the other Question Air shops in London have been equipped with a bell.

What I do know however is that as a customer I find this bell very annoying. The store is not high-end enough to justify it.
